About this event
Delivered by Eliza, an Official OpenAI Services Partner
Join a small, invitation-only group of senior engineering, data, infrastructure, AI, and technology leaders for a hands-on Codex workshop in Chicago.
This session will focus on loop engineering: building repeatable Codex workflows that give you leverage as a leader, such as reviewing daily code changes against your roadmap, first-pass PR review to unblock your team, recurring tech-debt and security sweeps, release validation, and delegating investigation across multiple Codex threads.
Most of the workshop will be spent on the parts that determine whether an agent loop works in practice:
Translating a high-level idea into technical steps, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
Connecting Codex to the necessary repositories, MCPs, APIs, logs, and data
Troubleshooting context, permissions, configuration, and tooling issues
Adding testing, verification, guardrails, human approvals, and success metrics
During the hands-on session, you’ll build and test a loop using a guided environment, then map out how it could be piloted with your team.
You’ll leave with a working loop, technical specification, connection map, troubleshooting guide, and pilot plan.
Address will be disclosed 2 weeks before the event - location in West Loop near the Willis Tower.
